Our goal is to lead others to plant, grow and multiply in their relationship with Jesus Christ. We are here to guide, direct and do life together as the church that God has planted here in the Derby Area.

Brad grew up right here in the Wichita area and has lived in the area most of his life. He grew up in a Presbyterian Church in east Wichita, and took the opportunity to ask Christ into his live with the help of his 6th Grade Sunday School teacher. Throughout his Junior High and High School years, he was very involved in youth programs including leading a small group that met on Sunday afternoons. He was proud of being one of a couple of youth who had keys to the church doors so that they could get in to meet.
Brad is a graduate of Wichita State University with a bachelor's degree in Marketing and one of his claims to "fame" is that he was the WuShock - the WSU Mascot for 3 years while in college. While at WSU, Brad met Lisa and they married in July of 1988. They have one adult daughter, Bailey, and two Pembroke Welsh Corgis, Riley & Duncan.
Brad worked in Alumni Relations for over 16 years and was the Executive Director at the WSU Alumni Association when he answered the call to vocational ministry and became Associate Pastor for Youth and Christian Education in August 2004. Prior to that he was involved in various ministry roles at PBC, where he and Lisa have been members since 1998.
Brad loves rooting for the Shockers anytime he can and enjoys watching college sports - though his favorite hobby/sport is golf when he gets a chance to get out there. "Something about hitting a little white ball and chasing it around the course is relaxing...most of the time." His favorite food was pizza (before working in youth ministry) but now it is "any home-cooked meal prepared by his wife."
"My goal in life is to bring Christ to those who need him and to help people grow daily in their relationship with Him" - Romans 10:14-15 (Brad's version)
Keith was born and raised in Derby. He started attending PBC with his family at the age of five, and started following Christ as a young child. Keith started dating Regina White in high school, and the two were married while attending Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee, OK. Keith and Regina have two daughters, Amelia and Violet.
Keith served churches in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas and Wisconsin before returning home in October 2010 to serve at Pleasantview.
Keith enjoys listening to, singing, and playing music of many styles. After a lifetime of vocal training and buying a guitar in seminary, the two disciplines have combined to provide a fun, creative outlet. He also enjoys photography, reading a good book on his iPad, and above all - spending time with his family and playing with his girls.
Stefani was born and raised in North Central Indiana. While attending college, she took a "break" and moved to Orlando, FL to help her Aunt with her interior design business. The break from school lasted three years. While she was in Florida, Stefani met her husband David. They later moved back to Indiana where they lived for nine years until David returned to government work. David's career landed them here in Kansas in 2011. They quickly began their search for a new church home, and became members of PBC in September 2011.
David and Stefani have two boys, Eian and Elias as well as a persnickety kitty named Frisky. They live in Mulvane where the boys attend school. The kids keep them busy with their various sports and school activities and they wouldn't have it any other way. As a family, they enjoy playing Frisbee golf, soccer, or really any sport together. They also frequently have family movie and game nights. Monopoly is the LEAST favorite with David and Stefani as the boys usually win!
In her spare time, Stefani's admits to being a binge watcher of Netflix and Hulu, an avid reader, occasional coloring book user and lover of being outdoors walking or running. She also seeks to be healthier and loves trying new healthy recipes she can get David and the boys to swallow! Being involved in Women's Ministry here at PBC and promoting events and activities that encourage ladies to connect with one another is also a favorite way she spends her time.
Debi was born and raised in Wichita, and has lived here most of her life except when she and her husband, David, moved to Reno, NV for five years. She and David have and daughter and son-in-law, Chelsea and Kyle. They live in southern Illinois with their two sons, Osborne (Oz) and Rolen. Family is very important to Debi, and since her own grandsons live 10 hours away, she enjoys being another “Grans” to her great nieces and nephews. Debi and David have been members since 2013 and would recommend PBC to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming place of worship, as well as a place to grow in your spiritual journey.
Debi has worked in various bookkeeping and administrative jobs, including school bookkeeper, assistant manager of a recreational center, with the most recent being at a mid-sized accounting firm. After being retired for six months, she’s excited to be back at work part-time serving at PBC as Financial Manager.
Debi enjoys decorating jobs at home, spending as much time as possible with her grandsons, being outside, and beginning her day with a walk of three to five miles, depending on schedules.
